These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the information guide at hero-bahis.com. Anyone who visits the site and reads its content is deemed to accept them. Visitors who do not agree are asked not to use the site.
Nature of the Site
hero-bahis.com is an independent information guide about the Herobahis brand. The site:
- is not the operator's official website and does not act on the operator's behalf;
- does not provide betting, gaming accounts, deposits or withdrawals;
- does not accept payments from users;
- is not a party to any bonus, account or payment dispute.
Opening an account, joining promotions and making payments happen only on the operator's own site and under its rules.
Age and Eligibility
The content is intended solely for readers aged 18 and over. Each visitor is responsible for checking the laws on online gambling that apply in their own country. Gambling laws differ widely, and playing on unauthorised platforms may carry legal risk.
Affiliate Links
Pages may contain affiliate links that lead to the operator's site. If a visitor registers through such a link, the site may receive a commission. This costs the visitor nothing extra and does not influence the assessments in the content. Once a user clicks the link, the operator's own terms apply.
Accuracy of Information
Content is based on the brand's promotional banners, terms published by the operator and publicly available sources. Every page carries a date such as "As of 06.11.2026". Where information could not be verified, the site states "no data". Promotion terms, limits, payment methods and the access address may be changed by the operator without notice, so current rules should always be checked on the operator's site before making any decision.
Limitation of Liability
The site takes reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date but does not promise that it is complete. It cannot be held responsible for losses arising from:
- account, bonus or payment problems on the operator's site;
- changes to the operator's rules;
- the content or security of third-party websites;
- gambling losses or a visitor's own decisions.
Winnings in gambling are never certain.
Intellectual Property
Texts, tables and design elements on the site belong to the hero-bahis.com editorial team. Copying, reproducing or using them commercially without permission is prohibited; short quotations with a credited source are allowed. The Herobahis name and related brand elements belong to their owners and are mentioned for information only.
Changes to These Terms
The site may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the latest change appears in the closing notice. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
